About Bo Mackison

I'm a photographer, book-artist, traveler, naturalist, and creator of the Contemplative Creatives Journey, An Online Workshop and Community and Desert Wisdom Cards and Workshops. Though often not well known, I find the desert a welcoming place - a healing space. Its mysteries and gifts transformed me several years ago. Since that first encounter, I return again and again to fill my well in what most people think of as a desolate region. I'd love to share my desert discoveries and wisdom with you. Please subscribe to receive my five part mini email course The Gifts of the Desert. It's my gift to you.

I see the beginnings of a “Blurb Book” — the latest rage with photo bloggers.

  3. Quite a challenge!! Can’t wait to see what you come up with for the rest of the alphabet. I like Sue’s idea. A blurb book with your clever rhyme would be perfect! Love the ‘chicken’ sculpture!!!

  4. Very interesting idea. However, you always indicate that you are in Wisconsin. I’m very surprised that you passed on beer for B. Definitely a missed opportunity.

  5. Cool idea… I guess C is for cheese was to easy Bo? 🙂

Too easy. How about P for Pilsner? W for Weizen?

That ‘scrap metal creature’ of yours is fabulous.

    What a creative idea.

  8. Excellent collection of photos in this post. I love the apples!

  9. Une belle série, merci !

  10. Everyone’s a critic. It’s perfect. Can’t wait to read the rest!

  11. Hey, fun! That chicken is fabulous.

  12. Clever, Bo.
