Here’s to endings and new beginnings.

Cosmos ( the flower’s name) is the opposite of chaos. Wishes to all for less chaos and more harmony in the coming year. So many possibilities, all waiting to unfold…

Happy New Year!

About Bo Mackison

I'm a photographer, book-artist, traveler, naturalist, and creator of the Contemplative Creatives Journey, An Online Workshop and Community and Desert Wisdom Cards and Workshops. Though often not well known, I find the desert a welcoming place - a healing space. Its mysteries and gifts transformed me several years ago. Since that first encounter, I return again and again to fill my well in what most people think of as a desolate region. I'd love to share my desert discoveries and wisdom with you. Please subscribe to receive my five part mini email course The Gifts of the Desert. It's my gift to you.

  1. That velvety color! That touchable petal! So wonderful to begin this year with hope and vibrancy!

    • Bo Mackison says:

Thanks, Quinn. You are so right–these cosmos were a gorgeous color. If hope could be a color, perhaps it would be a shade of this…

  2. You chose a beautiful image to start off the new year Bo! Happy New Year!

  3. What a lovely image to start the year with! Thank you, Bo. You just brightened up my life a little. 🙂

Happy New Year to you too!
