Pink Lilies

Pink Lilies at Garden Center

Pink Lilies © 2010 Bo Mackison

Since my garden isn’t quite at the blooming stage, I like to visit my local garden center, a locally owned piece of paradise. No matter what color I have a hankering for, I’m sure to find it there.

Pink isn’t a color I seek out with much regularity, but this huge bunch of lilies caught my attention, and kept it long enough that I had to take a few photographs. Beautiful, hmm?

An explosion of color. A profusion of blossoms. Wonderful

  2. Very nice DoF you choose for this image. I’m not a “pink person” either, but really like it in this image.

Well, these are very pretty pink lilies and I don’t think I’ve seen pink before. I have this variety growing in my lily garden and they are vibrant orange. They will be blooming within a few weeks.

    Lovely capture!

  4. These are really amazing. I’ve seen pink-and-white lillies and apricot ones, but nothing this clearly pink. I’m not a pink fan, either, but this is gorgeous! And what a shot you put together!

  5. Wow, such beauties you find without even looking. Quite delightful, and no, not a pink person either, but I must agree these flowers lend themselves to a lovely photo.
