License Plates on Ice Cream Truck

License Plates on Ice Cream Truck © 2008 Bo Mackison

A vintage ice cream truck sports the license plate VANILLA, but the truck obviously doesn’t sport decent brakes considering the “security” rock placed in front of the front tire.

  1. Nice truck. I love these old trucks, especially when they’re restored. The boulder was a nice detail, too. Reminds me of growing up; my dad was an extra-safety guy whenever he worked on cars and trucks or parked them for camping.

  2. Very cool photo. Great stuff. Good luck.

  3. Great eye for ‘detail’. Love these old trucks…altho I wouldn’t want to ride in it. Nice!

  4. LOL! “Security” rock. I like that.

    Cool photo, Bo.

  5. Every picture is a joy to me…….and the ‘security rock’ is really special. He must carry the rock with him in the truck.

  6. LOL What a neat photo of an old and rusty vanilla ice cream truck with the rock beneath the tire. 🙂

  7. I wonder if they sell “Rocky Road” ice cream. Neat photo and the parking brake system reminds me of a couple of cars I used to own. 🙂
