I cultivate my garden, and my garden cultivates me. ~Robert Brault
In my garden there is a large place for sentiment. My garden of flowers is also my garden of thoughts and dreams. The thoughts grow as freely as the flowers, and the dreams are as beautiful. ~Abram L. Urban
How fair is a garden amid the trials and passions of existence. ~Benjamin Disraeli
In the garden I tend to drop my thoughts here and there. To the flowers I whisper the secrets I keep and the hopes I breathe. I know they are there to eavesdrop for the angels. ~Dodinsky

Bo Mackison is a photographer and the owner of Seeded Earth Studio LLC. On Sundays, Bo shares a series of photographs and quotes she finds meaningful. Sunday is a good days to enjoy a few of the colorful flower photographs I photographed earlier this summer at the New York Botanical Garden at the Monet’s Garden Exhibit.
Beautiful images and I love the quotes you chose! You found many corners of beauty and the colors are amazing! Thanks for sharing these!
Thanks Diane. I’m going to do these series with quotes on Sundays. A break from writing for me, and I have so many photos I want to share.
Great quotes and beautiful images.
Thanks, Gandalf. That is one exhibit you would love to see in person.
Lovely garden images. I find that photos of gardens, as opposed to individual flowers, are challenging for me. I also like your processing.
Thanks Anita. I was at New York Botanical Garden – some place rather special, of course – when my freshly charges battery for my big camera stopped holding a charge. So I went with the next camera — and I was pleasantly surprised!
What a beautiful garden Bo! Thank you for sharing your walk today. 🙂
Ah, Joanne. I think this exhibit is one you would love. Wish we could have shared it in person, but I’m glad you enjoyed the photos!
