Sorry, that’s the best way I can describe them at this late hour.  The brown peanut-y shapes and the casted shadows along with the line of snow and the bright skies make for an interesting composition.

  6. To my eye, they look not only interesting, but yummy. They look a lot like tamarind pods. And the snow and sky make them look otherworldly.
