Floating, wispy, as if the flower is about to spin away.
Addendum: July 19. At a recent art fair, a garden lover identified this flower for me. It is a perennial bachelor’s button. I’m happy to provide its name after a long unsuccessful search on my part.
Perfectly titled. It’s beautiful, Bo.
Titles are the hardest part of blogging for me, bu this one popped into my head without me even trying. Hmmm.
So amazing, Bo! What a shot–it looks otherworldly and so ethereal. I’m stunned by the beauty, and by your ability to capture it.
Thanks, Quinn. This may just be one of my new favorites.
This is gorgeous and an apt title! I really like this perspective! 🙂
It’s that flat on your back position that adds to the perspective. LOL!
Absolutely stunning!! Love your very creative point-of-view..and the exquisite colors. Excellent!!!
Thanks, Marcie. I don’t make ’em, but these flowers sure have been fun to find and photograph!
Intriguing perspective. Either this is a very tall flower or you are very short 🙂
Neither a tall flower nor a short photographer, Gandalf. Though it’s all a matter of perspective, isn’t it?
oh, you have the most unique prospective on flower photos…i can certaily learn a thing of 2 from you…I will definitely be back here for another lookie…I love photography and I am only learning to photograph plants…
…gets me thinking how amazing the world must look to insects…
While it is a photograph of a flower in nature, it almost seems to have a ‘outerspace’ look to it. Very interesting perspective. Something different. Got to love that. 🙂
