Do not judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds you plant. ~ Robert Louis Stevenson
When we visited the New York Botanical Gardens in early June, several vertical gardens decorated one of the seating areas. I was fascinated with the many textures and colors that the gardeners fit into such a small footprint. A wonderful example of the seeded earth, created with the gardeners’ vision and love of plants.

That really is amazing. Someone did a wonderful job of it!
I’d love to have a few of these in my back yard as partitions. Sure wish I could talk a gardener from the New York Botanical Gardens into giving me the “how-to’s”! LOL.
So rich and lush and filled with summer color. Really amazing landscaping here.
I love the idea for a wall garden, and the diversity of texture, color and plants in your photo are all very fascinating to me.
If you do find more from the NY Botanical garden on this item, please be sure to share it.
This type of garden is great for a sloping site too Bo. Our land slopes, and we have small retaining walls, with various plants on each level. When I finish weeding my “favourite” garden, (when it stops raining!) which is on a steep slope, I will take a photo to show you.
